We deep dive into your business—one at a time. I laser in on what’s blocking you, pull it apart, and map out a strategy that actually works.

You’re not doing it alone. You’ll have the collective brainpower of the room backing you up.

Where will the Hotseat be held?

This location of this will be confirmed 2 weeks prior. It will be on the Gold Coast, Australia

Please note, overnight accommodation, food and travel is not included.
